It has recently been completely remodeled with brand new flooring, brand new kitchen, furniture & is tastefully decorated with a coastal theme to continue the relaxing river vibe on / off the water.

We have a $60 water vessel docking (applies to all motorized water vessels ie: if it needs a registration # by FWC then its considered a vessel) fee.

This riverfront vacation home offers 4 kayaks, paddles, life vests, fishing poles (condition not guaranteed), a cooler, BBQ Grill, patio table with 4 chairs, in door and outdoor games, TV’s, WIFI, 2 ensuite bedrooms (1-King, 1-Queen), a bonus room with one futon and one air mattress, full kitchen, pots/pans, sheets, towels, & a screened in patio. Water hammock float included. Family fun for all!

This property includes a Starter Kit:
Kitchen-2 coffee pouches for drip machine, or 1 Keurig pod, sugar, salt/pepper, 1 sponge, 1 sm dish soap, 3+dish washer pods, 2+ garbage bags.
Bathroom- 2+toilet paper rolls per bathroom, 1 travel-size shampoo, conditioner, bodywash, 1 sm soap bar.

Guest access

You may use the entire home including the backyard with the kayaks paddles and lifevests. There is a storage building on the property by the street that belongs to the owners. It is locked and not for your use. Thanks

Entire River is NO WAKE ZONE.
Absolutely no unregistered visitors. You will be charged $25./pp unregistered visitors per day/night. A Sheriff may be called & you may be asked to leave without refund. We require a valid recent profile photo & previous positive reviews to reserve this home.
