The double-lot property includes a white sandy beach, dock, one-story home, lounge chairs, cabana, water float mat, grill, and a full kitchen. The main home sleeps 9 guests. With the mother-in-law guest cottage, the property can accommodate an additional 2 adults and 2 children, for a total of 13 guests. The property is very spacious, approximately twice the size of most nearby properties.
